Objective: Strengthen communication and decision-making by working together to create one cohesive floral arrangement.

How it works:

• Teams of 4–6 are given a selection of flowers, foliage, and decorative elements.

• Each team is tasked with creating a shared centrepiece that reflects a theme (e.g. “Resilience,” “Growth,” or your company’s core values).

• Participants must delegate roles (lead designer, selector, trimmer, assembler, etc.) and work collaboratively under time constraints.

• At the end, each team presents their arrangement and explains the symbolism behind their choices.

Outcome:
Builds trust, encourages communication, and allows individuals to contribute different strengths to a shared goal.
